Do you use natural and sustainable materials?

Yes! My knitted hot water bottle covers are made using 100% Lambswool which comes from a sustainable Scottish Mill. All products are also made to order which makes sure that no materials go to waste or landfill.

How long will my order take?

As my hot water bottle covers are made to order and handmade with love and care, each cover can take 3-5 working days. Please bare this in mind when placing your order. However, I am happy to try to facilitate faster despatch if you would like to receive the item in time for a special gift but I cannot guarantee arrival in time due to each hand embroidered element.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Of course! All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged inside a protective sheet to keep it safe on its journey to you. Please let me know in the notes box at checkout if you would like the order details left out of the package if it is being sent straight to the gift recipient.

Do you accept commissions?

Unfortunately I do not accept commissions at this time. However, I am currently designing a new collection of hot water bottle covers so please feel free to follow my shop and don't miss out!

Can you personalise my order?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept personalisation to any of my hot water bottle covers.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship all over the world. Kindly note that shipping costs and time varies depending on where you live and your order may take longer to reach you depending on factors outside of my control such as holidays, weather and customs.
